We all encounter negative feedback, but we choose to continue doing our best.

This article comes from the genuine voice of a spiritual worker in their daily service. If you are also in a people-facing job, giving your heart every day, I hope this text can accompany you for a while.

šŸŒ€ Feeling Mode On: This year has really been hard to survive.

Recently, I received two 2-star reviews, requiring bomb-like responses (and it’s so easy to end up being a ā€œGuan Gong replyā€ 😩). Today, another 1-star appeared. Out of 170 Google reviews, this is the fourth time I’m facing negative feedback.

When I carefully looked through the reviews and profiles of these critics, I found one common point:

  • They often leave negative feedback for other businesses

  • Their tone is mostly emotional and extreme

  • They are typical "sore losers"

I know that as service workers facing the public, we can't expect the whole world to like us.

Some people think Sai San guides well and helps them clarify their thoughts through life examples and a conversational approach, giving 5 stars. Others feel that too much focus is on personal experience sharing and lacking "card analysis," so they give 1 star.

This is the reality of both sides, and I accept it.

We take each reading very seriously. It’s not AI, it’s a heartfelt existence. So when I see these kinds of reviews, I’m not angry, but my heart feels heavy. But honestly, I feel sorry for them. How much unhappiness does a person have to go through before they feel the need to leave such an angry review?

But I still hope that one day, they will encounter someone or somewhere that can truly accompany and heal them.

šŸ’” I just want to continue being a light.

In Hong Kong, where land is precious, it’s hard to find a place to shout out loud. I want to keep providing a space where people can quietly chat, integrate their inner selves, and start anew.

Why isn’t the world peaceful? Sometimes it’s because we aren’t peaceful inside.

Sharp tones, explosive expressions—sometimes meant to be funny, yet laced with curses… šŸŒ€Body, speech, and mind, everything we say carries energy.

Thank you for the previous negative feedback, which led me to update my website. We have clarified service hours, fee details, and terms in both Chinese and English, to protect ourselves and our clients.

I understand that there is always room for improvement. As long as we go into the details, we will find areas for growth.

The weather in Hong Kong isn’t good, and it’s hard to make a living in many industries. But we can still choose to:✨ Stay gentle✨ Stay faithful✨ Stay true to our original intention

🐯 Tiger~~~~~~~~~~~!That felt good to say!

I’m writing this not to complain, but to tell you: We are all human, we all feel down, but we still choose to continue doing our best.

If you also work in service, I hope you know—you’re not alone. 🌿

šŸ’¬ A message I want to share with you:Have you ever faced an unfair negative review? How did you deal with it? Feel free to leave a comment or share this article with someone you think would understand.
